Frequently Asked Questions

How are your prices calculated – What do I pay for?

Or pricing is based on the amount of time it takes us to complete an order, the overhead costs involved in completing an order ie. Electricity consumption, salaries to technician etc, as well as the risk we run of damage to our vintage AV equipment when converting your old video tapes or films.

Old video tapes or film or even audio cassettes can , because of deterioration or physical defect, damage a piece of electronic equipment the moment it is inserted in the machine and repairs on vintage AV equipment is very costly.

We are a service based business and our pricing is for the service of preserving your old analogue media in a digital form.
